Chef Nick Farkas brings a wealth of experience and food knowledge to his position at New World Landing as Executive Chef/Operations Manager. With 22 years experience in the culinary profession, Nick, has worked from New Jersey to Florida. From restaurants, large scale catering and consulting to developing signature dishes in the corporate world, Chef’s Farkas’ career has shaped a culinary view that has transformed New World’s dining scene. His experience with large scale catering makes New World the top choice worthy for any event  in  Pensacola Florida.

  • Chef Nick Farkas’ 22 years experience includes 8 years owning and operating The Cake & The Caterer, a large scale catering company, and stints at Village Pasta in New Jersey, Raritan Valley Country Club, Eagle Point Golf & Tennis Resort, and Chapman’s Restaurant & Banquet Center.
