GREEK WINE DINNER
Since 1959, Skopelos’s kitchen has been run by the men of the Silivos family; but at home, it’s the women who inspire with their incredible Greek, homestyle meals. Join us on October 12th when Chef Gus Silivos re-creates 5 of his most memorable Greek family recipes. From Yia Yia’s special braised goat, to a sundae twist on mama’s baklava, this evening is a unique chance to experience authentic, home-style Greek food and wine from the Silivos family kitchen.
